These terms apply to your use of the Ura Advisory website and client portal, operated by Ura Advisory, Prishtina, Kosovo. By using the website or creating a portal account, you accept them.

Our professional services are provided under a separate engagement letter. If these terms and an engagement letter differ, the engagement letter applies.

The content of this website is general information about tax, accounting and finance in Kosovo and elsewhere. It is not advice for your situation and may not reflect the latest changes in the law. Do not act on it without advice specific to your case.

All content, design and software on the website and the portal belong to Ura Advisory or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages if you name the source.

• Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or your two-factor codes.
• Keep your details current and use a strong, unique password. We recommend two-factor authentication for every account and may make it mandatory.
• The owner of a company account decides who has access and with which role, and is responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others or contains malware
• try to access accounts, companies or data that are not yours
• probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission
• use the service to evade tax, launder money or mislead any authority
• overload the service or use automated tools to extract data from it

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the documents and information that you or your colleagues provide, and for having the right to share them with us. Our work relies on them. If information is incomplete or wrong, the filings and reports based on it may be wrong too.

The portal uses AI to read documents, suggest categories and answer questions about your records. AI output can contain errors. Readings and suggestions are reviewed by our professionals before they are used in your books or filings, and assistant answers are information, not advice.

AI output is not a substitute for advice specific to your engagement. Decisions with legal or tax consequences should be confirmed in writing with your adviser. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Prices on this website are starting prices in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. The scope, fees, deliverables and responsibilities for any service are set out in an engagement letter, which governs that service.

We work to keep the website and the portal available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features or suspend access where this is needed for security or legal reasons. Keep your own copies of important documents.

To the extent the law allows, Ura Advisory is not liable for losses arising from the use of general website content, from interruptions of the service or from inaccurate information provided to us. Our liability for professional services is set out in the engagement letter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prishtina, unless an engagement letter or mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the website or the portal after a change, the updated terms apply.
