Security

Built for confidential financial data

The portal holds invoices, payroll and bank documents, so security is part of the design rather than an option.

  • Private storage

Documents are stored privately and open only through signed links that expire shortly after they are issued.

  • Two-factor authentication

Protect every account with an authenticator app and one-time recovery codes.

  • Roles and permissions

Owner, manager, accountant and viewer roles decide who can upload, edit, mark payments and manage the team.

  • Audit log

Sign-ins, uploads, changes and approvals are recorded with the person and the time.

  • Verified companies

Every client company completes a verification (KYC) before work begins.

  • Data protection

Handled under the GDPR and Kosovo Law No. 06/L-082. Your data is never used to train AI models.
